Sweet And Low Side Effects Has Anyone Experienced Side Effects When Cutting Out Sugar From The Diet?

Has anyone experienced side effects when cutting out sugar from the diet? - sweet and low side effects

I decided to cut the sweets / sugar from my diet a week ago. This is not super strict, I eat more fruits, grains and some Kashi that evaporated cane syrup. I rule daily chocolate and / or the type of biscuits and cakes for dessert, so I do not really get all that the first week. But I was very sick when to eat and my stomach was very upset and pain to prepare. I could not eat (apart from the cream of wheat), with no ill. The discomfort of hard, until I woke up the next morning ... I'm not sure whether this is linked to a diet low in sugar (toxins Geting aggrevated perhaps?) Or if it is completely alien.

I think it's all in your head.
I am a vegetarian for 10 years. I quit sugar 3 months ago.
I had no side effects at all since the day I left the sugar in all its forms, including sugar cane syrup, fructose, glucose, maple syrup, invert sugar, sucrose, and all these synonyms for toxic sugar. In fact, my appetite increased after the withdrawal from sugar. I eat cooked vegetables, fruit juices, nuts, seeds (not packed or packed in cans or all). Caffeine also left 6 months ago and I'm bouncy energetic and full of vitality in a 100% live plant-based diet of fresh fruits and vegetables are preferred.

I am not a doctor so I can not tell whether the sugar is completely wasted.

you can eat a little sugar.
You can not eat sugar, calories, carbohydrates.
You must have.
Try a little sugar back into the diet and see what happens.
If your body is still not good, albeit a little sugar, so I go see a doctor.
Good luck and God bless.
